How to delete your account

You can delete your account and its data yourself, from any of our apps:

• Android or iPhone app: open ScoreGeek, then More, then Settings. Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete Account, type DELETE and confirm.
• Web: sign in at scoregeek.app, open Settings, then the Account tab. Choose Delete Account, type DELETE and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you can no longer sign in, email support@rebrandsoftware.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your ScoreGeek account and your sign-in record with our authentication provider (Firebase);
• your profile, GeekScores and awards, which takes you off every leaderboard;
• your Meeps, presents and other unlocks;
• the games, players, places, groups, campaigns and photos you recorded;
• your challenges, collection and imports;
• your connected AI assistants and their log;
• your likes, votes, feedback and notes on scoring sheets;
• the devices registered for your notifications.

What is kept

• Games you played with other ScoreGeek members are theirs too, so they stay for them. Your account is removed from those games and you are left in as a plain name.
• Scoring sheets of yours that have been published, or that other people's games were scored on, stay, without your name on them.
• Anonymized service records (such as AI usage costs) are kept for accounting, with no connection to you.
• Payment records held by our payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google) are kept by them as required for financial compliance. A subscription bought on the web is cancelled when you delete your account. One bought through Google Play or the App Store is not: cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.

There is no further retention period for the deleted data above.

Deleting data without deleting your account

You can delete individual games, players, places, groups and photos at any time inside the app. With Premium you can also export your data (Export, in More or in Settings on the web) before deleting anything.
